I thought long and hard before I decided to present this very honest review. I am someone who worked there after the previous esthetician Morgan who did a very great job. Something that this employer does that is illegal is he keeps his employees tips that are paid via credit card. Not only does he do that, he does not pay taxes. Being somebody whose works for doctors and very professional people, I could not see myself working there any further. And. It wasn’t just money issues. He blames me for his business suffering and I’d only been employed there for 3 weeks at the time. He seems very nice until you become an employee. If you want to go to a place that values their staff and their clients not just for money but also coming from a loving place don’t go to Invara.

***MASTER ESTHETICIANS, DO NOT WORK HERE!*** The ad for this job is completely inaccurate…There is no commission, PTO, and on top of that, the owner won’t even pay you on time + keeps tips. The business is failing as well, not flourishing and the owner creates a hostile work environment. Don’t waste your time and work somewhere that actually values you.

Morgan is fantastic! The laser treatments are diminishing my rosacea and the facials are wonderful!

Just had another laser treatment. My brown spots are faded, my skin looks smooth and clear. The treatment is helping lighten my wrinkles and clearing up broken capillaries,,,I love going to Invara and Morgan is wonderful! My combination laser and hydra facial was the best experience in a Medi-Spa I have ever had. Morgan is not only highly capable and thorough but also incredibly kind and attentive to every detail.. I left glowing on the outside and relaxed on the inside.
